Once a service request has been received and work has commenced (such as documentation, consultation, filings, or submissions on government portals), no refund shall be issued.
This includes services like:

GST Registration and Returns
Company or LLP Incorporation

Accounting or Bookkeeping tasks
These services require professional time and effort, and many involve non-refundable government or regulatory fees.
A refund request may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service.
Payment Made in Error: If you accidentally made payment for a service you did not intend to purchase, and no work has begun.
Service Unavailability: If eTax Sathi is unable to deliver the promised service due to internal limitations or eligibility mismatch, and no submission has been made.

All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.
If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment (debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
